{"id":819,"date":"2016-07-07T21:26:40","date_gmt":"2016-07-07T21:26:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gcmphotographic.com\/?p=819"},"modified":"2021-01-16T23:24:16","modified_gmt":"2021-01-16T23:24:16","slug":"pinhole-modification","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gcmphotographic.com\/?p=819","title":{"rendered":"Pinhole modification"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Pinhole modification<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>By C<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Having taken a few rolls with the Noon pinhole, I became aware of a few minor issues, these being: very long exposures even in bright light, overall lack of sharpness (although a pinhole is never crisply sharp) and image degradation at the closest point.<\/p>\n<p>Having undertaken some research I came to the conclusion that the problems could be reduced by replacing the actual pinhole with one slightly larger.
